Migratory identity

Each migrant experiences a readjustment of a new life.

“It’s okay not to be okay”

Even the most desired and freely chosen migration brings with it the migratory grief that challenges us to navigate a deep identity crisis.

We cling to the “I was”, “I was”, “I had” because of the need to connect with the personal identity that feels increasingly blurred.

Migratory grief is a process of reordering the physical, cognitive, and emotional aspects. In other words, it is the natural way of reacting to the uprooting of an entire lived history.

The migrant journey consists of training and accompaniment so that you do not walk alone and your migration process becomes an inner journey towards self-knowledge, enrichment, and personal transformation.

What does it respond to?

This program, made up of a group course and personal support sessions, responds to the need to know that IT IS OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY. The problems and challenges we face in the adventure of migration directly threaten our physical, psychological-social and spiritual health.

You may feel nostalgia, loss, uncertainty or even difficulty adapting to the new environment. These feelings are normal, and addressing them is a fundamental step to embrace your new reality with greater strength and well-being.

Properly working through the losses associated with migration requires time, effort and personal work.

Our goal is for you to redefine the most challenging moments as a transformative experience and be the hero of your own story.
